What does learning to code, friends, pizza and increasing diversity in tech have in common? Girls Programming Network of course! Every school term, the UWA Data Institute hosts Perth GPN – a full day learning to code in Python.
Thank-you to our volunteer tutors and helpers who give their time and expertise again and again to build confidence, skills and create that very important ‘sense of belonging in tech’ for our students.
If you would like to join us for our next workshop, SAVE THE DATE for 23rd November. Join the student mailing list so you get notified when student registration opens, or get more info about becoming a tutor here
The UWA Data Institute and UWA Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering are proud to sponsor and support GPN at The University of Western Australia. Thank you to Inspiring Western Australia and UWA Data Institute Foundation Sponsors BCG X, IMDEX and KineticIT for your support.
